MAMMMA carries out shipments throughout the Italian territory. Deliveries are not made in the Republic of San Marino, in the City State
of the Vatican and in Livigno, or at PO boxes or poste restante.
Timing: delivery of the Products ordered will take place within six working days of placing the order, starting from the assignment of the Order to the courier. During the Christmas and Easter periods and special discounts, deliveries may be delayed.
costs: delivery costs in Italy are free for purchases over a total amount of 59.00 Euros, except for dedicated promotions. Delivery costs throughout the Italian territory will be equal to 6.50 Euros if the order is equal to or less than 59.00 Euros.
Minimum order: the minimum value of each Order must be equal to 16 Euros.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Products ordered will be shipped to the address indicated by you in the relative Purchase Order.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier, we ask you to check:
a) that the packaging is intact and undamaged;
b) that the products present in the package/s correspond to what is indicated in the list present in the package/s.
In the event that Products that are evidently damaged during transport are delivered, the Customer is required to notify such defects immediately and in writing to the carrier, and contact MAMMMÀ within three days at the following addresses:
